Remove local QuietShield data
Most QuietShield settings, protection statistics, allowlists, blocklists, profiles, and supported activity records are stored locally on the Android device.
You can remove local app data using either of these methods:
- Open Android Settings, open the QuietShield app information page, choose Storage, and clear the app's storage or data.
- Uninstall QuietShield from the Android device.
Request server-side licensing deletion or device release
QuietShield may retain limited licensing information for activation, entitlement verification, device limits, device release, fraud prevention, security, and support.
To request assistance with a device release or with deletion of eligible server-side licensing records, email leveriza.aj08@gmail.com.
What to include in your request
- Use the subject line: QuietShield Data Request.
- State whether you are requesting data deletion, device release, or both.
- Include the QuietShield version if known.
- Provide enough purchase or licensing information to verify the request, but do not send passwords or unrelated private information.
Records that may need to be retained
Some records may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or license enforcement. Requests are reviewed according to the information associated with the applicable license and service.
