QuietShield Data Deletion and Device Release

Use these instructions to remove local QuietShield data or request assistance with server-side licensing records and device release.

Remove local QuietShield data

Most QuietShield settings, protection statistics, allowlists, blocklists, profiles, and supported activity records are stored locally on the Android device.

You can remove local app data using either of these methods:

Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app can remove local settings and history. Back up information you intend to keep before deleting local app data.

Request server-side licensing deletion or device release

QuietShield may retain limited licensing information for activation, entitlement verification, device limits, device release, fraud prevention, security, and support.

To request assistance with a device release or with deletion of eligible server-side licensing records, email leveriza.aj08@gmail.com.

Records that may need to be retained

Some records may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or license enforcement. Requests are reviewed according to the information associated with the applicable license and service.
